How to prepare for your session

The night before your session, make sure you get lots of sleep.
Being relaxed and feeling rejuvenated will help put your mind at ease.

Eat a healthy meal a few hours before your treatment so that your blood sugar is regulated.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. I want you to be as comfortable as possible.
This will also make it easier for me to access your tattoo.

On the day of the session, you must drink plenty of water so that you do not feel dizzy after the treatment.
Keeping hydrated will also improve the health of your skin to assist in healing.

Stay away from direct exposure to sunlight as tanned or sunburnt skin is not ideal for laser treatment.
In some cases we need to wait for tan damaged skin to heal before we can treat the area.

If you wish to reduce the pain I recommend Panadol.
DO NOT take Aspirin or Ibuprofen!
Fish oils, creatinine and penicillin should be avoided too as they can cause excess swelling.

We make every effort to make the treatment be as tolerable as possible.
Numbing cream can be applied 1-2hrs prior.

Clean and shave the area with soap and water on the day of
the treatment.
DO NOT apply any lotions, fake tan, perfumes, moisturisers or cosmetics.
