After your session, make sure you get lots of sleep.
Being relaxed will help your body to heal more quicker.
Cold restricts blood circulation, which in turn can numb the pain and help limit any bruising.
Anything that causes sweating/dehydration/ raised stress levels like
Sweating, Alcohol, Drugs.
Keeping hydrated and nourished will also improve the health of your skin and assist in healing.
You’ll want to keep the tattoo out of the sun for at least four weeks before your next session.
If you wish to reduce the pain I recommend Panadol and cold compression.
It may be tempting to pick your healing area. Your body is healing and we don’t want to disrupt that.
Soap and water only.
DO NOT apply any lotions, fake tan, perfumes, moisturisers or cosmetics to the area.
